FREE SPECTATOR PARKING & SHUTTLE Spectators should plan to park at Newark High School and use the provided school bus shuttles to reach White Field. Parking near the stadium is EXTREMELY limited and at your own risk. There will be signs at the at the primary arrival points directing spectators to the primary parking area. Please see the SHOW MAP (below) to see the exact parking location. School bus shuttles will begin running at 8:00am and will stop at 4:00pm.

BAND VIDEOS An SD card with a video of your bands performance will be provided free of charge.
STADIUM POWER White Field is NOT approved for use of stadium power. Please bring appropriate generation sources for your performances.
FIELD INFORMATION White Field is an artificial surface that was installed in 2021. Please note the 2-4" cement curb around portions of the field. Field entry/exit for large items is flat however! SEVERE WEATHER PLAN In the event of severe weather: -Spectators will be evacuated to the area underneath the stadium. -The performing group on the contest field will be evacuated to the locker rooms underneath the stadium. -Performing groups that are warming up will take shelter underneath the highway overpass. -All other groups will be asked to seek shelter in their school buses or personal vehicles.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION All volunteers should park off-site. Please utilize side streets (if you are reporting before the shuttle begins at 8:00am) or the shuttle from the NHS Student Parking Lot.
